These Terms of Use govern access to the websites www.transatlantictradinggroup.com (B2B) and www.twbhub.com (B2C), operated by Transatlantic Trading Group F.Z.C (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
• B2C (TWB Hub): Digital products including guides, programs, webinars, and supplier databases.
• B2B (Transatlantic Trading Group): Consulting services in trading, sourcing, procurement, logistics, due diligence, supplier verification, factory inspections, contract drafting, and supply chain management.
We provide consulting for: sourcing, trading, procurement, logistics, and supply chain — we do not carry out physical transportation or handle client funds beyond agreed consulting fees or commissions.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, guides, checklists, videos, templates, databases, and consulting reports remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Supplier Database Disclaimer
• Provided in Excel format by selected category.
• Categories are sold separately; purchase does not include the full database.
• Database is raw contact data, not a CRM, and no guarantees are made as to accuracy, completeness, or supplier performance.
4. Payments & Refunds
• All sales are final.
• Refunds are only considered if:
(a) A digital product is not delivered within the stated timeframe (user must first check spam/junk folder and provide proof of non-receipt).
(b) A confirmed technical error prevents access.
• No refunds for change of mind, unmet expectations, or failure to achieve results.
5. Disclaimers
• Results depend on client actions, execution, and market conditions.
• We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
• We are not liable for supplier performance, shipping outcomes, or market fluctuations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by confidential arbitration in a neutral venue, determined at our discretion.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
