Article 4: Pricing

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars), exclusive of any applicable local taxes or processing fees.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will be honored.

Article 5: Payment

Any technical payment issues must be reported directly to the payment provider.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or unmet expectations, as results depend on individual action, market conditions, and execution.

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all confirmed deliveries are considered final.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Ajman Free Zone jurisdiction).

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Ajman, UAE, in accordance with UAE commercial law.
